Jordan from Gleaming Glass came to our home last week and did truly outstanding work. I don't say that lightly; I have high expectations, and he blew them away! He did all of the screens, every window, including the interior glass doors, every window track, and thoroughly cleaned the frames, inside and out. When he got done, all facets of the windows looked brand new! Obviously a 5-Star rating, and it would be a 6 if that were an option!

Great shop, honest repairs

Great job, thorough and reasonable. So happy I did a pre-inspection before listing my home for sale. I was able to address and fix many things that would have come up on a buyer's home inspection report. Many people understand why it is wise as a buyer to have an inspection report done before purchasing a home, but VERY few know why it is a seller's advantage to have it done BEFORE listing a home. Russ did a fantastic job on my rental home on 5417 N Adams. I was on a budget but wanted good countertops on new base cabinets. I was thinking quartz countertops were out of my budget, but I was wrong! Quality work at an affordable price! The kitchen can sell a home, and it did! Brian of Brian's Home Inspection recently did a home pre-inspection on my home BEFORE I listed my home for sale. Brian did a great job identifying issues I was unaware of that I could address and repair or not repair before listing. Using the information, I took care of the items that I could or wanted to do and then priced the home accordingly. When it came time for the buyer to negotiate me down on the price of the home, we simply stated that these items are on the home inspection and have addressed and fixed the many items and priced the home accordingly. Waiting for the buyer to do their own home inspection is inviting them to negotiate me down on price. For a few hundred dollars, it saved me thousands!

"Real Wood Cabinets Below Box Store Prices! I needed to replace cabinets for a rental house on a budget but I did not want to get some big box store pull of the self cabinets as I had some unusual dimensions. I was also concerned about putting them together as I chose the ready to assemble option. I found the videos on his site were very good and made putting them together fun. I look forward to getting them installed soon professionally and enjoying the well made, real wood (Not particle board) soft close cabinets soon.
