8-Day Silent Ignatian Retreat: Getting Unstuck--Ignatian Spirituality & IFS (Internal Family Systems)

June 24, 4:30pm through July 2, 1:00 pm This retreat will use Ignatian Contemplation, imaginative prayer, and the senses to facilitate a deeper conversation with God. Through these spiritual exercises, grow in curiosity about our inner workings and mechanics and in awareness of God's abundant presence. Focus is on understanding our interiority through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model as a means of intimate prayer. We all possess various parts: sad, joyful, anxious, or discouraged. Embracing them is a natural aspect of adult life; Ignatian prayer helps us share them with God in a familiar way. Retreat includes 2-3 talks/day and daily Mass with ample time to pray. This retreat is practical, encourages curiosity, connection, and compassion with ourselves and with God! Some scholarships in memory of Fr. Nigro, SJ available from the Ministry Institute.
